Acceptance of terms

By using this website or booking a lesson with Vagabond Ski School, you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, do not use the site and do not book.

Use of the website

This site is for personal, non-commercial use. Scraping, automated access, bulk crawling, or republishing of the content without written permission is not allowed.

Booking through this site

Lessons are booked and paid in full by card at the time of booking through OnlySky. All bookings are also governed by the trip agreement linked from the footer, which contains the full lesson cancellation and refund policy.

Lesson cancellation summary

We want to be easy to work with. Here is the short version for lesson bookings. Full details are in the trip agreement.

• More than 2 weeks before your first lesson: 80% refund, or a free date change.
• 48 hours to 2 weeks before: 50% refund, or 80% credit toward a date change.
• Less than 48 hours before: no refund.
• Resort closed by weather or avalanche: full reschedule or full refund, your choice.

Taxes and service fees are non-refundable in all cases. Date changes are handled case by case and we almost always accommodate them.

This is the lesson policy only. Trip packages (a separate product) have different terms. If you have booked a trip package, your specific terms were provided at booking.

Pricing and currency

Prices are displayed in USD for readability. Charges are processed in Georgian lari (GEL) through OnlySky. The exchange rate applied is the rate at the time your card is charged. Your bank may add a small foreign-currency fee on top of that.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including written text, photos, the Vagabond Ski School logo, and the visual design, is the property of Vagabond Ski School LLC. Do not reuse, republish, or copy any of it without written permission.

User-submitted content

Reviews, photos, and videos that you share with us in WhatsApp groups, by email, or on social media may be used in our marketing unless you tell us otherwise. Ask us in writing if you want something removed and we will remove it.

Privacy and data

We collect only the data we need to deliver lessons: name, email, phone, lesson dates, and ability level. We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare to understand site performance and protect against abuse. We do not sell client data to anyone.

To request a copy of your data or to ask us to delete it, email info@vagabondskischool.ge.

Cookies

This site uses a minimal set of cookies, limited to basic analytics. There are no third-party advertising cookies at launch.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Check this page when you book. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Georgia.
