How booking works

Book and pay online
If your dates are open, book and pay by card online. Your lesson is reserved on the spot, no waiting around.
48hrs before
We open a WhatsApp group with your instructor, meeting point, and time.
Meet and ski
Meet at the base of the lift. Ski.

Not included
- Lift ticket
- Equipment rental (skis, boots, board, helmet)
- Avalanche gear (freeride only, rentable at resort)
Cancellation policy
You pay online by card when you book, and our terms stay flexible so you can plan with confidence.
- More than 2 weeks ahead // 80 percent refund, or change your dates for free.
- 48 hours to 2 weeks ahead // 50 percent refund, or 80 percent credit toward a new date.
- Inside 48 hours // non-refundable, since your instructor has blocked the day for you.
Taxes and service fees are non-refundable. If the resort closes for the day due to weather or avalanche risk, we reschedule or refund in full, your choice.
If your dates change, message us early. We treat date changes case by case and almost always find a way.

When to book
Book as early as you can. We are often fully booked more than a month in advance for the February midterm holiday week and the New Year + Orthodox Christmas window (late December through January 7).
Quieter windows with the best snow: January 10 to 31 and March 10 to April 15. Morning lessons sell out first; afternoons are warmer, less crowded, and easier to learn on.
Tipping is not expected, but appreciated by your instructor if you enjoyed the day. The customary tip is 10 to 15 percent in cash at the end of the lessons.
